Vasuki K R is an International Meta Mind Management Trainer, Motivational Speaker and Entrepreneur.  He is the founder of VAAYU CONSULTANTS, a start-up Firm with a mission to improve the ‘Quality of Life’ of individuals caught up in today’s mechanized world.  This mission is achieved through reinforced focus on excellence in personal / professional life as well as an honest approach to being a team player.  The methodology used is a powerful 3-step process of Awareness-Acceptance-Action to meet the objectives.

He has been an Executive Committee Member of the Global Academy of Meta Mind Management (GAMMA), an education institution that has a presence in North America, Singapore and India. He handled GAMMA’s Corporate Business Development Operations for T.P.O. (Training Process Outsourcing), I.C.E. (Mass-Impact events on ‘Innovate, Celebrate, Educate’) & YA FORUM (Training Programs for the Youth).

Vasuki has traveled across the Country, Gulf and China for Retail visits, and has given public and corporate lectures for the last 7 years.

A Corporate Trainer and Consultant in Meta Mind Management^TM, a behavioral science that provides a framework for personal and professional excellence, Vasuki has been personally trained and coached in the same by internationally renowned Meta Mind Management Guru and Master Behavioral Trainer Avinash Gulrajani.  This training has been exhaustive and includes Mindset Management and Skill Sets Enhancement training through the well researched twin disciplines of Psycho Neuro Happyology^TM and Behavioral Engineering^TM.  Vasuki’s academic and professional qualifications include undergraduate studies in Engineering and specialization in Textile Technology (B.Tech), and post graduate studies in Behavioral Sciences Training.

As a certified trainer, he is trained and licensed to conduct ‘Meta Mind Management - The Excellence Workshop’ an international certification program for personal and professional excellence, for corporate houses and educational institutions.  Vasuki is also a licensed certified practitioner of Improv Theatrics^TM, a unique ‘Theatre Based’ training methodology which is a part of Optimum Results Training Technologies (O.R.T.T.^TM).

Vasuki has had corporate exposure with organizations such as Himatsingka Seide Ltd. & Madura Garments, and has trained for various Mega Brands including Peter England, Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, SF Jeans, Byford & for Alliance Retail. He has also trained Insurance coordinators of Bajaj Allianz through their No.1 channel partner Team Life Care, and conducted public programmes of the ‘Success Workshop’.

In his quest to inspire, motivate and train young engineers and entrepreneurs, Vasuki has delivered high impact training in Soft Skills, Textile Technology, Insurance and Merchandizing for over 4500 participants across the country.

He has conducted workshops at various centres across India, and is a regular visiting Faculty in Institutes across India, including some of the oldest and premier engineering institutes like SKSJTI, Bangalore, KLE Society (S.Nijalingappa College), Bangalore, and also at the Indo American Society, Mumbai.

As a professional trainer in the area of textiles and the concepts of Meta Mind Living, Vasuki has several contributions to his credit.  He has been instrumental in creating and training Organizations to understand and successfully implement the practical aspects of textiles, using the simple and unique methodologies of O.R.T.T.™

Vasuki is a Level 1 Umpire for the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) officiating at all levels of matches for the Karnataka State Cricket Association, and is a member of ACUK (Association of Cricket Umpires Karnataka).  His other interests include playing sports like Cricket, Table Tennis and Chess, as also other activities like Trekking, Singing, Para-sailing and Graphology.  He actively takes part in Commentating for Cricket matches (on-field commentary) and plays League Cricket under the aegis of KSCA (Karnataka State Cricket Association).
